1. Eligibility for Assistance
• To address any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to discuss your options.
*Our policy extends to Jan 15 for orders placed from Black Friday through Dec 24.
• Personalized or customized items, gift cards, and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless incorrect due to our error.
2. Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items
• In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint and costs, we do not require incorrect, damaged, or defective, items to be sent back to us.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the item and order confirmation. We’ll provide your choice of a store credit or replacement for the correct item upon verification.
• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll provide your choice of a store credit or replacement upon verification.
3. Store Credit or Replacement Process
• Store credits or replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days after verification of the issue.
• For incorrect, defective or damaged items, replacements will be shipped at no additional cost upon verification.
